As Smart Order scaled its operations, the existing website no longer reflected the company’s technological capabilities or market positioning. The redesign aimed to modernise the brand image, strengthen market differentiation, and improve user conversion efficiency.

During the discovery phase, we conducted in-depth research on industry products and benchmark competitors. Through competitive analysis and user behaviour evaluation, we identified market trends, product positioning gaps, and key user pain points.
We restructured the information architecture and optimised user journeys to ensure clarity, accessibility, and persuasive value communication for different audience segments.

Upgraded the brand colour from light blue to a more saturated deep blue to enhance authority and visual impact
Introduced subtle yellow accents to convey innovation and energy
Established a clear visual hierarchy to improve readability and reduce cognitive load
Removed unnecessary decorative elements to deliver concise and focused messaging
In addition to the website redesign, we delivered a complete set of interaction design, visual design, motion design, a corporate product brochure, and a mobile H5 page to ensure consistent brand communication across platforms.
